KSR's Rapid Reaction after Kentucky beat Murray State 48-6
Kentucky won a game at Kroger Field for the first time since September 21, beating Murray State in the second-to-last home game of 2024. The one-win Racers were no match for the Wildcats on Heroes’ Day. Kentucky led throughout the afternoon and turned to its second string early in the second half. The youth movement provided a chance for new Wildcats to see the field, and the coaching staff to evaluate pieces for the future.
Cutter Boley played well after taking over at quarterback in the second half. The freshman went 10-for-14 through the air for 130 yards and two touchdowns, plus a 30-yard run into scoring territory. After the win, the new KSR Rapid Reaction called for more Boley in Austin, Texas, next week. KSR demands that Kentucky keep several of its young talents on offense because there is a foundation that gives hope for the future.
