THUMBNAILS - Rapid Reaction

Another day, another commitment for Mark Pope and the Kentucky Wildcats. This time, it’s a very familiar face for Big Blue Nation — maybe too familiar.

Alabama transfer Mouhamed Dioubate has committed to Kentucky, choosing the blue and white after receiving interest from the likes of Louisville, Michigan, Mississippi State, North Carolina, NC State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Providence, Vanderbilt and Villanova, among others. It’s the third addition for the Wildcats in the portal, Dioubate joining Pittsburgh transfer Jaland Lowe and Tulane transfer Kam Williams in Lexington next season.

Dioubate was a game-wrecker against the Cats this season, and now, he’s suiting up for them.

What does his commitment mean for the Wildcats? And what could be next as Pope and his staff look to put a bow on the 2025-26 roster? KSR’s Jack Pilgrim, Zack Geoghegan and Jacob Polacheck rapidly react to the news tonight on the KSR YouTube channel.
