KSR's Rapid Reaction to Kentucky's slightly uncomfortable win over Colgate
Kentucky played its first home game in nearly two weeks on Wednesday evening, beating the Raiders of Colgate from the Patriot League in the two schools’ first-ever meeting on the basketball court. The Wildcats started hot, scoring the game’s first 17 points, only to go down by two in the second half. Eventually, Kentucky pulled away for the victory, winning 78-67 for the ninth win of the season.
Koby Brea was a standout on the night. Brea broke out of his shooting funk with five 3-pointers and a team-high 17 points. Amari Williams and Otega Oweh added 15 each, while Jaxson Robinson and Andrew Carr joined them in double figures with 11 apiece.
Now, standing outside Rupp Arena, the KSR crew is in the cold to share their postgame takeaways from the win in a new Rapid Reaction. Tune in for a live broadcast from High Street featuring commentary from KSR and any fan interactions on the sidewalk.
