Levis, Rodriguez among Kentucky Football Stars using NIL to promote Summer Camp

Each summer the University of Kentucky spends weeks hosting camps for almost every sport. Student-athletes can make a good chunk of change by serving as coaches for the university sponsored events. This summer Will Levis, Chris Rodriguez and a few other Kentucky football stars are using their name, image and likeness to promote and work another football camp in town.
From June 9-11, Nike’s US Sports Camps will train youth athletes with the help of a few Kentucky football stars. Levis, Rodriguez, Jordan Wright and Tyrell Ajian are among the instructors. The football camp runs from 9 am-3 pm each day, is open to kids from 8-18 and costs $395. In addition to individual training, campers will compete in a 7-on-7 tournament throughout the three-day event.

This is not the only opportunity kids in Kentucky have to work with UK football stars. However, if you’re looking for a way to directly benefit some of your kid’s favorite Cats, I suggest this platform. It’s difficult for student-athletes to use NIL to create the infrastructure to host their own camps. This provides a profitable alternative for the playmakers to cash in before their final seasons begin at Kroger Field.
This fall Levis could play his way into becoming a first round NFL Draft pick. Rodriguez is only 1,135 yards away from becoming Kentucky’s all-time leading rusher. Wright and Ajian will likely be Brad White’s best game-wreckers this fall for the UK defense. After one 10-win season, this summer is the right time to go all in with the Cats.
