On the heels of a new 20-person signing class and on the precipice of a trip to Nashville for the Music City Bowl, Mark Stoops joined Matt Jones on Kentucky Sports Radio to talk about it all. The first recruit Stoops talked about is the one everybody is talking about, Terry "Touchdown" Wilson.  After seeing his talent on the field, UK's head coach was even more impressed with how Wilson carried himself off the field. "What really impresses me most about the kid is his demeanor and the way he handles himself off the field," Stoops said.  "He's rock-steady." Just because they've added Wilson to the quarterback room, Stoops doesn't expect any other quarterbacks to leave prior to the 2018 season. "I would anticipate that all of them will be here. We need all of them to be on this team. We will see what happens." The head coach also talked about his coaching staff.  He did not commit to any certain changes, but acknowledged that turnover is a natural occurrence in the college football coaching environment.  One coach fans would love to see added to the staff is future Hall of Fame safety Ed Reed. "I'm working on it," Stoops said with a laugh.  He has a great relationship with Reed and would love to get him into blue, but his one year of coaching did not go well.  Getting Reed back into the coaching game would be a long shot. Hear everything UK's head coach had to say by listening to the second hour of today's Kentucky Sports Radio. [mobile_ad]
