LIVE: Pregame scenes ahead of LSU vs. No. 19 Kentucky

And just like that, we’re left with only one more home game in the 2024-25 season…

It should be a special one though. No. 19 Kentucky men’s basketball plays host to the LSU Tigers tonight in Rupp Arena. But before the ball is tipped, a pregame celebration to honor six Wildcat seniors will be held in their final game inside Rupp. Ansley Almonor, Koby Brea, Lamont Butler, Andrew Carr, Amari Williams, and Jaxson Robinson will all be recognized at midcourt alongside their family and friends. Expect some teary eyes on the floor and in the crowd as Mark Pope‘s first group of seniors say farewell to the Big Blue Nation.

Once the festivities wrap up, we’ll have a basketball game to play. And that’s what we’ll be talking about during our pregame walk down High Street towards Rupp. Join along below as Jack Pilgrim, Steven Peake, and I give our thoughts on the ‘Cats vs. the Tigers. Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m. EST on ESPN2.
