LOOK: At This $4.1 Million House in Phoenix That Devin Booker is Selling
A $158 million contract extension has gifted Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker more money than he will likely ever know what to do with. But one thing he did know to purchase was a beautiful mansion-sized palace down in Paradise Valley, AZ – just roughly half-an-hour from Phoenix.
According to Realtor.com, Booker has put up his $4.1 million mansions that he bought in 2017, for sale. The first-time All-Star originally bought the house for $3.25 million.
And as you might have guessed, the place is enormous; It shines like it’s the set of a new-age TV show. The house is over 5,500 square feet, contains four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sits on an acre of land. Here are a few more of the details according to the website.

“Retractable glass doors open to the huge backyard with a pool, spa, and lounge areas, all ideal for entertaining a crowd. There’s also a butler’s pantry, wine room, home theater, and four-car garage.
The master suite is a showstopper, with a massive custom closet ready to be filled with clothes, sneakers, and accessories.”
Take a look at these pictures.
So, if you’re in the area and have a cool $4-plus million lying around, this could all be yours! There’s even an open house on March 1. You can check out the entire listing here. The pictures will make you insanely jealous. The website notes that it doesn’t even appear as though anybody has been living it all that often. Must be nice.
Booker did say during the All-Star weekend at Chicago that he’s becoming more interested in real estate and that his brother recently got his real estate license. Hmmm….
Ahhh to be 23 years old and filthy rich…
