LOOK: German Soccer Club Packs Stadium with Cardboard Cut-Outs

Germany's Bundesliga soccer league is one of the first team sports in the world to return to action without fans in the stands. Even though Gladbach did not have noise on their side, they still had a small component of home field advantage with more than 13,000 cardboard fans filling the seats of their stadium. [caption id="" align="alignnone" width="1200"] @FoxSoccer[/caption] [caption id="" align="alignnone" width="1200"] @FoxSoccer[/caption] [caption id="" align="alignnone" width="1200"] @FoxSoccer[/caption] Even though the pieces of cardboard gave an appearance of home field advantage, it did not help on the scoreboard. Leverkusen handed Gladbach a 3-1 loss in the match.
