LOOK: The Kentucky football team is JACKED
Need some football excitement in your life? In honor of today marking the 50-day point until the beginning of Kentucky’s 2022 season, the program’s social media accounts gave the Big Blue Nation an inside look at how some of the players have been progressing in the weight room throughout the offseason. It is #FlexFriday, after all.
Spoiler alert: they’re all HUGE.
Scroll through the pictures below (all courtesy of UK Athletics) to see just how jacked they all are. Inside linebacker Trevin Wallace and fullback Justice Dingle look more like bodybuilders than football players. Tight end Brenden Bates and defensive back Andru Phillips look like they’ve been putting in work this summer, too. Even the freshman, particularly outside linebacker Noah Matthews and tight end Josh Kattus, appear to be taking full advantage of the benefits that come with a college-level weight training facility. I wouldn’t mess with freshman defensive lineman Deone Walker, either.
Kentucky shouldn’t lack any physicality this season, that’s for sure.
