LOOK: Kentucky WBB got a practice gym upgrade (featuring SEC Champion banners)

The Kentucky women’s basketball team got a practice gym upgrade, like the men’s team with the “#9 The Assignment” banner. While the women’s team’s gym doesn’t have a “The Assignment” banner hanging up, it got some sweet upgrades.
Perhaps the most noticeable thing is that Kentucky’s three SEC Champion banners (two SEC Tournament, one SEC Regular Season) are now hanging up in the gym. Whether it was done intentionally or not, they left some room to the right of the 2022 banner for some additional wall decor to go up.
Looking forward to the next SEC Championship already? Bold, but awesome.
There’s also a beautiful banner that reads “Kentucky Basketball” across the back baseline wall, with the SEC and UK logos on there as well. Additionally, there’s a big “Kentucky Wildcats” wall with the new Wildcat logo in the middle.

Overall, the new gym looks pretty sweet. It may be missing a signature piece like the men’s “The Assignment” banner, but it’s still pretty cool. Check it out for yourself below.
