Louisville Kosair Kid scores Taylor Swift tickets after costume goes viral on TikTok
Indianapolis is the last U.S. stop on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and one lucky Louisvillian will be Lucas Oil Stadium after going viral for his Taylor-themed Halloween costume.
Eleven-year-old Henry Hinson became a TikTok superstar earlier this month when his mother posted a video of him wearing the costume, a pink and purple masterpiece with a massive sculpted cape modeled after one of Swift’s backup dancers, Kameron Saunder, and a cutout of Swift on a stage. Hinson, who was born with Spina Bifida and is wheelchair-bound, wore the outfit to Kosair for Kids Night at Boo at the Zoo in Louisville. Hinson is known for his creative costumes, which his parents help him create, but this one really took off. The video has 4.8 million views on TikTok and has been featured on “Good Morning America.”

Thanks to the Swifties, Swift’s management team Taylor Nation saw the video and reached out to Hinson, offering him two free tickets to one of the shows in Indianapolis. His reaction when his mother told him the news was priceless. That video also went viral, with over 1 million views on TikTok.
Hinson plans to wear his costume to the show. Maybe we’ll get another viral moment if Taylor spots him in the audience. Even if she doesn’t, it’s cool to see a Kentucky kid live out his wildest dreams.
