Kentucky is in contention for 2026 tight end Luke Hutchinson

Kentucky is very much focused on building a 2025 roster in the transfer portal. The Wildcats have added 15 scholarship transfers to the roster, and we should expect some more commitments sooner rather than later. But high school recruiting still remains critically important.
The 2026 cycle now comes into focus and January means junior days and some big unofficial visits weekends over throughout the spring semester. Targets are beginning to emerge for the Kentucky football program.
Nashville (Tenn.) Montgomery Bell Academy tight end Luke Hutchinson is a player to watch. Kentucky offered the prospect a scholarship in November and joins Nebraska as the only power conference program to offer Hutchinson.
Luke’s dad, Steve, was a two-time All-American guard at Michigan before becoming a first-round draft pick and seven-time All-Pro performer during his 12-year NFL career.

Luke Hutchinson visited Kentucky for the Murray State win in November and received an offer from tight ends coach Vince Marrow. The Wildcats continue make the Nashville area a focus point in their recruiting strategy.
Expect to see more recruiting developments for high school targets once the spring semester begins in January.
