A new rule in college football will penalize teams 15-yards if a coach leaves the sidelines and enters the field of play to argue a call.  Stoops has done it a time or two (or twenty) since becoming the head coach.  He'll have to break that bad habit this fall with the help of a few "get back" coaches. "We gotta have three now. I'm taking applications for that right now," Stoops joked with Tom Leach on his first call-in show of the 2017 season. Stoops admitted the administrative duties for a head coach tend to creep up quickly during the first game week.  In the midst of all that, he forgot about the new rule. "I'm glad you reminded me of that because I definitely gotta beef up my get back coaches.  Somebody might have to hogtie me....I'm definitely going to be on the ground sometime this year." If the "get back" coaches are unsuccessful, he has one final option: "I think I'm going to get one of those shock collars."
