Mark Stoops will be a guest on Tuesday's KSR show

It may be March Madness time, but Kentucky Football fans will want to listen to Tuesday’s KSR show for a preview of Kentucky’s spring practice and beyond. Joining Matt Jones and the KSR crew in the studio will be Mark Stoops, making his offseason appearance on the show to discuss the state of the Wildcats since a disappointing 2024 season.
UK’s head coach had to delay his end-of-year KSR interview due to surgery and the non-stop grind of building a new football roster. On Tuesday, he will lead off the show at 10 a.m. to discuss that new roster and all that went wrong a year ago, when the Wildcats missed bowl eligibility with a 4-8 record, Stoops’ worst record since his first team went 2-10.
Matt Jones will ask Stoops about the problems behind 2024 and what Stoops and his staff are doing to bounce back in 2025, a year with another difficult SEC schedule. KSR and its listeners also hope to learn more about the many new faces on UK’s roster after the Wildcats loaded up in the transfer portal with immediate help.
