Here's some awesome news:
Marlana VanHoose will sing the national anthem for the UK/Vandy game on September 27. If you don't know her story, she was born blind and suffers from cerebral palsy, but that hasn't stopped her from achieving her dream. VanHoose has performed at several UK Hoops games, NBA games, MLB games, and this will be her second time performing in front of the Commonwealth Stadium audience after singing at the Spring Game earlier this year.
