2026 4-Star PF Miikka Muurinen Cancels Kentucky Visit

Class of 2026 four-star forward Miikka Muurinen has canceled his upcoming visit to Kentucky, he tells KSR+. Muurinen was originally set to visit Kentucky the weekend of Sept. 13.

The 6-foot-10, 200-pound power forward from Arizona (AZ) Compass Prep is ranked as the No. 24 overall prospect in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking. On3 ranks Muurinen as the No. 1 power forward and the No. 10 overall prospect in the class.

Muurinen is also set to visit Utah on Sept. 7 and Duke on Sept. 27. Those visits are still set to take place.

The expectation is that Muurinen will reschedule his visit. Muurinen said, “the only reason it got cancelled was because another player [Caleb Wilson] scheduled on the same weekend.”

Muurinen also told KSR+ that Kentucky is expected to visit with him this week. The date is still to be determined.
