Nike sub-label, NOCTA, features Robert Dillingham in latest social media promotion
First it was DJ Wagner, next up is Robert Dillingham. Nike’s new sub-label, NOCTA, featured the Kentucky Wildcat commit in its latest social media promotion.
On Tuesday morning, NOCTA posted several Instagram stories on its page that included a wide variety of the top high school basketball prospects across the country. Dillingham, a five-star class of 2023 point guard, was one of them, joining the likes of Bronny James, Mookie Cook, Jared McCain, Dusty Stromer, and KJ Evans as nationally ranked prospects now linked to the Nike-based brand, which is partnered with rapper Drake.
The new collection features engineered-knit jerseys, compression tights, arm sleeves, headbands, socks, and more. NOCTA’s complete basketball collection will be available starting July 27, with prices ranging from $12 to $120 on the NOCTA and Nike websites.

Last week, rumors began to swirl surrounding DJ Wagner’s recruitment and a potential Kentucky commitment looming down the road once it was unveiled that the five-star ’23 guard was also being featured by the NOCTA brand, which shares the Nike connection with UK. No specifics of whatever “deal” was agreed upon have been released, but it’s tough to ignore the optics of it when assessing Wagner’s recruitment between Kentucky and Louisville (an Adidas school).
It’s no shock to see Dillingham jump on board, too. He’s long been a member of the Team CP3 grassroots club (sponsored by future Hall of Fame point guard Chris Paul) out of the Nike EYBL circuit and was even seen sporting a NOCTA-branded compression shirt not long ago during an AAU game. Now that he’s committed to Kentucky, it makes sense for him to take advantage of that connection.
