The Opening Line for Kentucky vs. Arkansas
Kentucky snapped a three-game losing streak to the Razorbacks last spring when Antonio Reeves went for 37 points in the regular season finale. Despite that streak, wins at Bud Walton have come in bunches as of late. The Wildcats have won four of five at Arkansas. Will they add another Saturday night? Vegas is weighing in.
The bookmakers at FanDuel have spoken and Kentucky is a 5.5-point favorite over Arkansas. The total is 166.5 points. It’s not too far from what the KenPom computer is saying, projecting an 87-81 Kentucky victory on the road.
The Wildcats fourth-ranked offense will face an Arkansas defense that’s allowing 77.5 points per game. Smells like an over, right? The over hit in eight straight Kentucky games up until Tuesday’s loss at South Carolina. Meanwhile, the Razorbacks have cashed tickets for over bettors in two of their last three games.
Eric Musselman’s team is a disappointing 10-9 this season, with only one win in their first six SEC games. All five losses were by double digits, which means they’re a terrible team against the spread. The one-point win at home over Texas A&M is one of only five times they’ve covered the spread this season.

How to Watch, Listen to Kentucky vs. Arkansas
Kentucky is getting the College Gameday treatment on the road. Not only is it the first time the pregame show has hit the road this season, but it’s also their first trip to Bud Walton in the show’s 20-year history. The pregame show tips off at 11 am EST on ESPN.
The show we’re all wanting to see does not begin until later in the day. Tip-off is set for 6 pm EST on ESPN with Dan Shulman, Jay Bilas, and Jess Sims on the call. If you can’t watch all of the action live, you can listen to the Voice of the Wildcats, Tom Leach, court-side with the Cats and UK Hall of Famer, Jack “Goose” Givens.
