Oscar Tshiebwe returns to Lexington to host youth camp with current Kentucky team
Do you miss Oscar Tshiebwe? We all do. The former Kentucky superstar who earned consensus National Player of the Year honors is off to the NBA, living out his pro dreams with the Indiana Pacers.
But he’s excited to announce his return to Lexington for his first-ever youth basketball camp — and he’s bringing help.
Introducing the Oscar Tshiebwe Youth Basketball Camp
Tshiebwe will be joined by members of the current Kentucky basketball team for the Oscar Tshiebwe Youth Basketball Camp, open to boys and girls in grades 1-8 who want to learn the fundamentals and receive tips and hands-on instruction from some of the best in the game. And you won’t have to wait long for camp. Just a few weeks away, the fun will take place at the Sports Center in Lexington, KY on August 27.
Campers will have the opportunity to work directly with Tshiebwe and other Kentucky players to learn new techniques and improve their overall performance. Among the current Wildcats set to participate? Aaron Bradshaw, Justin Edwards, Rob Dillingham, Antonio Reeves, Tre Mitchell, Reed Sheppard, Adou Thiero, Joey Hart, Jordan Burks, Kareem Watkins, Walker Horn, Grant Darbyshire, and Brennan Canada.
