The emergency protection order filed against former Kentucky guard Rajon Rondo has been dismissed, TMZ Sports reported Monday. A judge dismissed the petition on June 16, according to the report.

Rondo, who is accused of pulling a gun on the mother of his children, Ashley Bachelor, had the order filed against him on May 13. TMZ Sports reports that the domestic violence dispute was dropped after the NBA veteran and his accuser “reached an agreement.”

No further details have been made available at this time.

The initial protection order was filed after Bachelor claimed Rondo “became enraged after she interrupted a video game session between the NBA player and his son in Louisville on May 11,” says TMZ Sports. Bachelor alleges she asked their child to separate laundry when Rondo “ripped the game console out of the wall in front of the kid” and began smashing items around the house. She then alleged he told her “You’re dead” before leaving and returning with a gun.

“I am extremely fearful for my safety and for the safety of my children,” the emergency order read. “Rajon has a history of volatile, erratic, explosive behavior. He is verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive.”

The order was temporarily granted, with Rondo forced to stay at least 500 feet away from the accuser and their children.
