Fall camps throughout the college football landscape are taking place but some free agents are still being added to the rosters. Ole Miss just landed a Utah State wide receiver following head coach Blake Anderson‘s firing in Logan. A former Kentucky wideout has found his next college football home.

Raymond Cottrell is headed to Division II after committing to West Florida.

A top-250 recruit in the class of 2023, Raymon Cottrell was committed to Florida and Georgia during the high recruiting process before ultimately signing with Texas A&M. As true freshman playing for head coach Jimbo Fisher and offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino, Cottrell played in three games for the Aggies recording one reception.

The Florida native announced plans to enter the transfer portal in November, quickly scheduled an official visit with Kentucky, and almost immediately committed to the Wildcats. Raymond Cottrell went through spring practice with the program before ultimately re-entering the portal in April.
