Reed Sheppard Presents Donation To SOAR Student Relief Fund At Basketball Impact Camp
PIKEVILLE, KY – Reed Sheppard will be presenting a donation to SOAR’s EKY Student Support Fund that will support students and their families who were affected by recent flooding in Eastern Kentucky. The presentation will take place during a basketball camp where Reed is volunteering for more than 50 kids in grades 1-8 to teach them fundamental basketball skills.

The camp and presentation will serve as an unofficial lead-up to Kentucky basketball’s Blue-White Game, which will take place at Appalachian Wireless Arena in Pikeville at 6 p.m. ET on Oct. 22.
Tickets to the Blue-White Game are on sale to the general public at Appalachian Wireless Arena and Ticketmaster.com. Tickets will not be available for purchase through the UK Ticket Office. All ticket revenue will go to those affected by the devastating floods through Team Eastern Kentucky Flood Relief. Tickets range from $20 to $50 and there will be a $3 facility fee per ticket. Tickets may also be purchased to sponsor those affected by the floods. Patrons wishing to enable a fellow Kentuckian affected by the damage the opportunity to attend the Blue-White Game can utilize the “Sponsor Flood Victim to attend UK Blue-White Game” feature on the ticketing website to assist.
The game will tip off at 6 p.m. ET, with doors opening at 5 p.m. A Fan Fest will be held outside of Appalachian Wireless Arena beginning at 3 p.m. and feature the official UK pregame radio show, a Cat Walk for the team, and food and drink vendors.
