Reed Sheppard will attend Big Blue Madness on Friday
The visitor list for Big Blue Madness 2021 is slowly starting to come together. Not long after it was reported by Travis Branham of 247Sports that five-star class of 2023 point guard D.J. Wagner would be in for BBM this Friday, KSR can report that Reed Sheppard will do the same.
Sheppard, a four-star class of 2023 combo guard from London, KY, will make the short trip up to Lexington to soak in the Big Blue Madness atmosphere. Kentucky offered the Bluegrass native, who is the son of Wildcat great Jeff Sheppard, back in July and the ‘Cats been have been maintaining constant contact ever since.

Michigan prepared to offer No. 1 recruit $10.5M over 4 years
Wagner and Sheppard are two major recruits for John Calipari and his staff to get on campus. More names will surely come to the surface between now and Friday night. Shortly after Wagner and Sheppard were discovered as visitors, it was reported by Branham that five-star Mackenzie Mgbako will also attend.
Since Kentucky offered Reed Sheppard, the 6-foot-3 junior from North Laurel was in to visit Kentucky last month and the UK staff went to see Sheppard at his high school the week before that. Crystal Ball and FutureCast predictions all agree that he’ll eventually land in Lexington at the next level.
