REPORT: Kentucky to host Lipscomb as part of Multi-Team Event
Another opponent on the schedule for Mark Pope‘s debut season as Kentucky men’s basketball head coach has surfaced.
According to college basketball bracketologist/analyst Rocco Miller, the Wildcats will host Lipscomb at Rupp Arena this coming season as part of UK’s 2024 Multi-Team Event. No date was given, but it will most likely happen sometime during the fall/early winter ahead of Southeastern Conference action.
Western Kentucky, as previously reported, will also participate in the MTE. The fourth and final school is still to be determined, per Miller, who adds that it will likely be an HBCU.
