After an impressive 19-point, seven-rebound outing against the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday, Rhyne Howard followed that up with an even bigger performance on Tuesday night.

Against the Phoenix Mercury, the former Kentucky star put up 31 points while shooting 11-24 (6-15 3PT) from the field. Her six three-pointers tied her career high, and her 31 points were also worthy of note. On Tuesday, she became just one of five players in Atlanta Dream history to record multiple 30-point games in a season.

On top that, Howard moves to second in franchise history in career 30-point games with five.

Unfortunately for Howard, the Mercury came out on top in this affair, winning 74-66, meaning that she scored nearly half of the points the Dream put up.
