Rhyne Howard is already running away with the Rookie of the Year award.

On Tuesday afternoon, it was announced by the WNBA that the Atlanta Dream guard has been tabbed as the league’s Rookie of the Month for the second consecutive time. This news comes on the heels of Howard being named to the 2022 WNBA All-Star Game, where she was selected second among all reserve players. She is the only rookie to make the All-Star Game this year.

The 6-foot-2 playmaker also contributes 4.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 35.2 percent from distance on 6.8 attempts. During the month of June, Howard averaged 14.3 points while leading all rookies in made field goals (5.3) and three-pointers (2.1) per game.
