WDRB News is reporting that UK linebacker Ridge Wilson was arrested on
felony drug trafficking charges last night. It's not the Louisville native's first run-in with the law since he's been at Kentucky, he was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault after he hit a girl in the face at a UK dorm in September of 2009.
The junior linebacker made 47 tackles in nine games last season. He was expected to be a star and senior leader for Rick Minter's defense next year. Now, it's a safe bet to say he'll be dismissed from the team.
It's a shame to see guys throw away opportunities like this.

Tony Neely just confirmed that Ridge Wilson has been suspended from the team indefinitely. Not a shocker.
