Rounding up all of Kentucky football's recent scholarship offers
The Kentucky football staff has been attacking the recruiting trail this week. After spending the last several weeks hosting high school prospects from all over the country, UK coaches ventured out in search of more targets. They must’ve liked what they saw too, as at least a dozen scholarships were extended throughout the week to both high schoolers and transfer portal options.
So who has Kentucky offered the last week? Let’s find out together.

Class of 2024 offers
Dominic Nichols (EDGE) 6-5, 240 | Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD)
4-star: No. 361 overall, No. 25 EDGE
- The most notable ’24 recruit to earn a Kentucky offer this week was Dominic Nichols, who received his scholarship from defensive coordinator Brad White and has already locked in an official visit with the Wildcats for sometime in June. He also intends to OV at Tennessee and Virginia Tech throughout the summer. Nichols is going to be in high demand for the rest of his recruitment; Georgia and Wisconsin both offered him after Kentucky.
Tovani Mizell (RB) 6-1, 195 | DeMatha Catholic (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
3-star: No. 443 overall, No. 38 RB
- A former Georgia commit, Tovani Mizell reopened his recruitment in early March and received an offer from the offensive coordinator Liam Coen and running backs coach Jay Boulware on Wednesday. He currently has official visits locked in to see North Carolina, Tennessee, and Oklahoma, with the Sooners making the biggest push since his decommitment.
Raphael Dunn (S) 6-5, 210 | The Lawrenceville School (Trenton, NJ) KSR+ interview
3-star: No. 647 overall, No. 66 S
- Like Nichols, Raphael Dunn went ahead and scheduled an official visit to Kentucky this summer shortly after receiving his offer, which came on Wednesday from Coach White. Dunn will officially visit UK from June 16-18. His high school coach is a former teammate of Coach White’s. Dunn is also planning to take OVs to Vanderbilt and Rutgers, two schools he recently unofficially visited.
Willie Rodriguez (TE) 6-4, 225 | Covington Catholic (Covington, KY)
3-star
- This offer was a long time coming for Willie Rodriguez, who has been in talks with associate head coach Vince Marrow for months now. Rodriguez was finally extended a scholarship on Tuesday, adding to his growing list of big-name Power 5 opportunities. Both Marrow and Coen made the short trip up north to meet with Rodriguez before he got on the phone with head coach Mark Stoops, who told him he has an offer. No official visit date has been set just yet, but the possibility is very much on the table. Rodriguez was offered shortly after fellow tight end prospect, Gavin Grover, committed to Cincinnati over the ‘Cats.
Travis Kerney (RB) 5-11, 205 | Sebring (Sebring, FL) KSR+ interview
- Not long after he left his visit to Kentucky on Saturday, Travis Kerney got a call from Coach Boulware with an offer on Sunday morning. Kerney called it his “first big offer” and was highly impressed with his experience in Lexington. South Florida is the other school involved in his recruitment.
Justin Kattus (TE) 6-1, 220 | St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH) KSR+ interview
- The younger brother of Kentucky’s rising sophomore tight end Josh Kattus, Justin is one of three Kattus brothers. The third is Tucker Kattus, a class of 2025 offensive tackle prospect who also holds a Kentucky offer. As for Justin, he’s the least heralded of the family trio, but UK is looking to keep the Kattus pipeline alive. Justin, who also plays rugby, was offered a preferred walk-on position by Coach Marrow on Tuesday.
Class of 2025 offers
Ari Watford (EDGE) 6-5, 230 | Maury (Norfolk, VA)
4-star: No. 16 overall, No. 2 EDGE
- Easily the most talented prospect to pick up a Kentucky offer this week was Ari Watford, who is considered a Top 20 overall ’25 recruit in the nation. Watford’s offer from UK came in on Tuesday and his primary contact so far is Coach White. He already holds upwards of 30 Divison I offers and is most interested in the likes of Georgia, Notre Dame, and Tennessee, according to On3’s Chad Simmons.
Kendall Daniels (S) 6-3, 185 | Maury (Norfolk, VA) KSR+ interview
4-star: No. 272 overall, No. 17 S
- Teammates at Maury with Watford, Kendall Daniels also received an offer from the ‘Cats. Daniels isn’t as highly-rated as Watford, but he’s an elite high school prospect in his own right. Coach White extended this offer too, which Daniels announced on Tuesday. He also holds scholarships from the likes of West Virginia, Penn State, and South Carolina, among others. Daniels and Watford have discussed linking up as teammates again at the college level.
Jason King (LB) 6-1, 210 | DeSmet (Saint Louis, MO)
- Jason King’s fourth Divison I offer came from Kentucky on Tuesday courtesy of safeties coach Frank Buffano. The other three to offer so far are UNLV, Marshall, and Illinois State. King has also visited Ohio State and Nebraska since March.
Class of 2026 offers
Keenan Harris (S) 6-1, 200 | St. Louis University (Saint Louis, MO)
- The lone freshman to earn a Kentucky offer this week was Keenan Harris, who is on pace to be a highly sought-after recruit. Coach Buffano reached out with a scholarship on the Wildcats’ behalf on Wednesday, his 11th Division I opportunity already. The likes of Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, Oregon, Penn State, and Wisconsin, among others, have also offered.
Transfer offers
Antonio Carter (S) 6-1, 200 | Rhode Island
- A full-time starter for Rhode Island in 2022, Antonio Carter received an offer from Kentucky on Monday. Since entering his name in the portal on April 16, nearly 20 Division I schools have reached out with offers. Carter finished his redshirt sophomore season with 60 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one interception, and 10 pass breakups. He spent three seasons with the Rams and will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Emmanuel Pregnon (iOL) 6-6, 300 | Wyoming
- Emmanuel Pregnon earned his offer from Kentucky on Sunday. The Wyoming transfer was originally a member of the 2020 recruiting class but did not see the field until 2022 when he immediately became a top offensive lineman in the Mountain West. The former unranked recruit played 625 snaps for the Cowboys last season while starting 11 games (10 at right guard, one at right tackle) and logging a 73.9 PFF grade (74.0 run block, 70.5 pass block).
