SEC Nation is in town for Kentucky vs. South Carolina, with three SEC Network shows going live from outside Kroger Field today and tomorrow. If you park in the Orange Lot, your tailgate could be part of the backdrop.

The SEC Network’s set is near the E.S. Good Barn in the Orange Lot. A large space will be reserved for fans right behind the set but behind that, UK wants to feature tailgates. The athletics department put out a call yesterday on social media asking for fans to create a “tailgating atmosphere” behind the fan audience area near University Drive. They’re asking for tents to be set up before 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Marty & McGee goes live at 9 a.m. SEC Nation, featuring Laura Rutledge, Paul Finebaum, Roman Harper, Jordan Rodgers, and Tim Tebow, starts immediately after, going from 10 a.m. to noon.

Here’s a map of the area:

Phoenix Stevens made his way to the Orange Lot this afternoon to get a sneak peek of the setup:

You’ll see the set this afternoon during The Paul Finebaum Show, which starts at 3 p.m. ET. Kentucky Baseball coach Nick Mingione is among the guests, joining Finebaum at 4 p.m. Kentucky Women’s Basketball coach Kenny Brooks and guard Georgia Amoore will come on at 5 p.m. I’m sure we’ll see plenty of other familiar faces. If you want to be part of Finebaum’s backdrop, the Orange Lot is open for all this afternoon.
