Skyy Clark Signs National Letter of Intent with Kentucky
It’s officially official: Skyy Clark is a Kentucky Wildcat. The On3 Consensus five-star combo guard is the first official member of Kentucky’s 2022 recruiting class.
“We’re looking forward to big things and a bright future in Lexington,” Clark’s father tells KSR’s Jack Pilgrim. “It’s been a big dream of Skyy’s to play for Kentucky and Coach Cal.”
It’s appropriate that Kentucky received Clark’s Letter of Intent first. He was the Wildcats’ first commitment in the class back in October of 2020, but it feels like he’s been a lock to UK for four years.

Clark is considered the third-ranked combo guard in American and No. 16 player overall, according to On3 Consensus.
Shaedon Sharpe, the top-ranked basketball player in America, is expected to sign his letter of intent tonight at 6 pm ET. Yesterday he revealed that he will enroll at UK for the spring semester to get a head start on his college basketball career. According to On3’s Joe Tipton, Chris Livingston and Cason Wallace also plan to put pen to paper and sign with UK today.
