Snoop Dogg bobblehead statue returned to Bardstown Country Club

Call off the manhunt. The search for the stolen Snoop Dogg bobblehead is over.
On Tuesday, Bardstown Country Club received a package containing its missing Snoop Dogg bobblehead statue. Attached was a note which read, “Thanks for letting us borrow him. We couldn’t keep up. He was ready to come home!”

The mini-Snoop went missing from the country club’s The Grill at Maywood last Thursday, leading to a viral internet post showing a group of customers stealing the three-foot statue from the restaurant.

The story of the missing Snoop was a two-day topic on Kentucky Sports Radio, in addition to news stories by WLEX in Lexington, WDRB in Louisville and WLWT in Cincinnati, among others. That widespread media courage likely encouraged the thieves, who have been identified as Ohioans, to do the right thing.
An updated Facebook post by the restaurant says, “Thank you Ohio guys for Snoops safe return!”
Let this be a lesson: Don’t steal from restaurants. (I’m looking at you, whoever keeps taking the DraftKings helmets from KSBar.)
