Somto Cyril receives NLI release from Kentucky following John Calipari's departure

The news comes alongside John Calipari’s decision to leave Kentucky and make the move to Arkansas, announced as the school’s next head coach on Wednesday. His introductory press conference took place this evening.
The 6-foot-10, 240-pound center out of Overtime Elite (GA) committed to the Wildcats in June and later signed with the program in November. He chose Kentucky over Providence, Cincinnati, Indiana, and others.
