Kentucky has made history, earning a seventh win against top-15 competition for the first time ever for the program. Quite the debut season for Mark Pope in Lexington, right? Two of those wins have come against the Wildcats’ bitter SEC border rival, the second coming in double-digit fashion on Tuesday inside Rupp Arena, defeating No. 5 Tennessee 75-64 to earn the season sweep.
How did it come together for the blue and white? What does it mean as we inch closer toward Selection Sunday with just seven regular season games to go and three at home? Is UK back in the conversation for a No. 2 seed? How about a double-bye in the SEC Tournament?
