Sources Say: Panic meter with Jon Rothstein -- is Kentucky still a contender?
It was a nightmare in Columbia, the Cats falling by a final score of 79-62 in the first real head-scratcher of the season. Kentucky couldn’t get anything going offensively, South Carolina hit big shots and executed a hell of a gameplan.

Spoiler: Kentucky is still a force to be reckoned with long-term.
