[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="600"] @FlaStateGameday[/caption] Last season Florida State had a lot to celebrate. A national championship, an ACC title, and a undefeated season are some major achievements worthy of some hardware. Beating up on Florida and Miami who combined to go 13-12 maybe not so much. Yet, that's what the folks at FSU did when they had a "Florida State Champs" ring made with the scores of the victories over the Gators and Canes made. I get that it's something else you can take around to recruits and say "We won the state" but to me it just seems like too much braggadocio. It's something you give your opponents to post on their bulletin boards and motivate them to take back their state. On the other hand it's a pretty cool piece of memorabilia and one I'd like to have to commemorate victories over Louisville. The 2012 champs could have made one with their two wins over Louisville one one side and "This is my state" -A.Davis on the other. People all across big blue nation would want one. So where do you stand is making a state championship ring for college rivalries awesome or tacky?
