Two familiar names competed for the Kentucky Track and Field team yesterday afternoon, with one putting on a show.
Olympic sensation Sydney McLaughlin and former Kentucky basketball player EJ Floreal competed in the Kentucky Invitational, with McLaughlin in the W4x400 and Floreal in the 60M and M4x400.

Floreal finished the 60m in 12th with a final time of 6.93 seconds.

In the same meet, 2016 Olympian Wildcat Sydney McLaughlin suffered a tough loss, coming from behind in the W4X400, but losing in the last strides to a veteran All-American. The team still managed to finished second in the relay, finishing with a final time of 3:35.15.
