King caught seven of the team's 12 touchdown passes with a total of 598 yards on the season. He averaged 50 yards per game for an offense that only averaged 135 passing yards per contest.

Trevathan finished the season with 143 tackles, three sacks, four interceptions, and seven forced fumbles. His 143 tackles were best in the SEC and sixth-best in the country.

Roark caught 12 passes in the first seven games of the season; we don't even discuss how many drops he had. He followed that up with 24 receptions in the next four games and then a win as starting quarterback against Tennessee.

Dupree recorded 21 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and forced a fumble in his freshman season at Kentucky. He also blocked a kick in Kentucky's win over Tennessee in the final game of the season.
He came to Kentucky as a tight end but was moved to linebacker to provide depth at the position early in the preseason.

Mikie Benton came to Kentucky as a walk-on in 2008, changed positions twice, and finally found a home this season as the starting free safety for the Cats. He recorded 28 tackles and broke up seven passes on the season.
