So lets say that you are a new couple in Cynthiana, Kentucky (my former hometown in my very early years), both of whom are Kentucky fans and you have just had a child. You decide (as any good Kentucky fan would) to paint your child's bedroom in Big Blue paraphenalia. My guess is that there have been numerous Kentuckians who have made this very sensible decision and it is one that should be respected. I mean if it were a painting in Louisville colors, it could be odd....but Kentucky colors make perfect sense.
Then all of a sudden you make an odder choice and go to a stylish website concerning New York apartment designs and ask artistic folks what they think about the design.....well that may have not been a good choice. As you can see on
this website, the Cynthiana couple got more than they bargained for as their child's room became a fodder for discussion about home design, fandom and overreaching parents. Not what they had planned.
I genuinely feel for these people. But either way, I am not worried about the kid. Grow up a UK fan, and no matter what else happens, you got that going for you.....which is nice.
