The Memorial Memo (EP. 7): Kentucky cruises through Music City Classic
After taking a week off, The Memorial Memo is back!
In Episode 7, we talk about Kentucky’s spot in the AP Poll and why it makes absolutely no sense (and how it makes some sense too), and following that, we recap the Music City Classic. Clara Strack received National Player of the Week honors after she averaged 24.5 points and 12.5 rebounds in Kentucky’s two games in Nashville, and we talk about that too.
We wrap up the episode by previewing Kentucky-North Carolina with USA Today’s Mitchell Northam — our first-ever guest. Northam brings knowledge and insight on the Tar Heels in order to give us a feel for what the Cats will be facing on Thursday. Then, we quickly preview the Queens game on December 9th.
The Memorial Memo airs at 7 p.m. EST on the KSR YouTube Channel, and it’ll be available on the “Kentucky Sports Radio Podcast Network” feed wherever you get your podcasts afterwards.
