The UK Marching Band will Perform Jared Lorenzen Tribute at Ft. Thomas Highlands
The UK marching band isn’t performing at Kroger Field this weekend. Instead, they’ll be taking their talents to northern Kentucky to honor a fallen former UK football great.
Friday night Ft. Thomas Highlands High School is dedicating their game against Conner High School to their former gunslinger, Jared Lorenzen. The Wildcat Marching Band will perform a pregame concert and a halftime salute to Jared, forming his No. 22 at midfield. UK fans first saw the show at the season-opener against Toledo.
