Yesterday the first former athlete, football player Mike McAdoo, filed a federal lawsuit after he was kicked off the team for "getting too much help" in an infamous paper class. The most important part: the lawsuit is a class-action, leaving open the door for up to as many as 3,100 other athletes to join after UNC failed to give the promised education.
