Keldon Johnson is Okay
A day after competing in the McDonald's All-American Game, the future Kentucky small forward rolled his ankle at the Geico High School Nationals. He was able to fight through the pain and play in the second half of yesterday's quarterfinal, but Johnson could not will Oak Hill past Vernon Carey of the University School. Johnson is slated to play alongside Tyler Herro next Sunday April 8 in the Jordan Brand Classic, but this ankle injury might prevent that from happening.UK Football is Back
After three weeks of practice, the Kentucky football team will finally be able to hold a complete scrimmage. Mother Nature refused to cooperate until now. The sunshine will let the Cats strap on fill pads this morning at Kroger Field. Mark Stoops will share his thoughts on the scrimmage around 1:00, until then, enjoy the sounds of pads popping with Eddie Gran.
