Tony Delk, Tyler Ulis and Chris Lofton start NIL company, The Virtus Brand
A trio of former student-athletes is teaming up to help ease the current ones through the NIL transition.
Two former Kentucky Wildcats, Tony Delk and Tyler Ulis, along with Kentucky native and one-time Tennessee Volunteer, Chris Lofton, have joined forces to create a new company called The Virtus Brand, which is designed to help manage college athletes as they all navigate the new rules regarding name, image, and likeness laws that officially went into place at midnight on July 1.
“The Vitrus Brand is uniquely positioned to be able to guide student athletes – past and present – through the name, image, and likeness process. Virtus has made many strategic partnerships and relationships with national recognized brands and organizations, positioning their athletes to maximize their earning potential in a safe, structured environment.

“We’re excited to announce in the coming days our roster of yesterday’s and today’s top tier athletes. For more information visit us at TheVirtusBrand.com.”
Even though Delk, Ulis, and Lofton weren’t able to benefit from their name, image, and likeness during their respective years in college, they plan on helping the next generation avoid as many mistakes as possible. The Virtus Brand will provide financial management, business consultations, agency selection, and much more.

Do we think any current Wildcats are about to join the Virtus Team?
