Tyler Herro ejected for... playing basketball?
Tyler Herro was given an early exit from Sunday’s Heat-Magic game in Miami. The technical foul that led to the former Kentucky Wildcat’s ejection was Herro’s second of the game, but the video doesn’t show any wrongdoing on Herro’s part.
See Herro’s third-quarter transgression, if you can find one.
(Spoiler: You can’t.)
Herro’s first tech was also questionable in nature, according to people who watched Sunday’s Miami game over the NFL (not me). Together, the two technical fouls served as an automatic ejection for Herro who went home to play with his toys after scoring only two points in a Heat win.
It marked a season-low in scoring for Herro, who is a longshot NBA All-Star reserve, according to the Sun-Sentinel. All-Star voting opened up over the weekend. You can do that here.
Sunday’s B.S. ejection did not help the cause.
