Tyler Ulis hosting signing event at KSBar and Grille on August 20
After spending the last two months in Lexington, Tyler Ulis has set up one final meet-and-greet with the Big Blue Nation, and it’s going down at a familiar spot.
The former Kentucky basketball superstar is set to host a signing event at KSBar and Grille on Friday, August 20 at 6:30 p.m. ET.
“To all of my BBN fans I will be making my last appearance while I am in town on Friday, August 20th from 6:30-7:30 at KSBar and Grille,” Ulis announced on social media. “Excited to see you all there. #GOCATS”

Ulis has spent the last two months in Lexington rehabbing a recent injury and working out with the men’s basketball team. He first arrived in mid-June.
“Just got off the floor from our first on-court work of the season and the first person I see is Tyler Ulis,” UK head coach John Calipari said at the time. “Tyler is back in town and rehabbing. I can’t wait to see him back out there doing what he loves. I promised him I would be front row, feet on the wood when he starts playing again. It won’t be long!”

Kentucky commit Skyy Clark caught up with the former Wildcat during his official visit to Lexington in June, with the five-star guard telling KSR it was “really dope” seeing past players around the program and working out in the facilities.
“I also met Tyler (Ulis) when I toured the Joe Craft Center, he was in the weight room and I got to talk to him for a little bit. It was really good,” Clark told KSR. “Coach Cal said he was going to be back on campus working out for two months, so that was good to see they let their players come back. In the locker room, they have one locker open for any alumni that they can use, so that was really dope to see.”
Clark added that Ulis gave him advice on how to handle his time at Kentucky, telling him he’ll get back whatever he puts in under Coach Cal.
“Tyler, I just asked him what his biggest challenge was at Kentucky and he said he didn’t really have any challenges because he was confident in his game. He said, ‘If you come in here, lock in for six months and listen to Coach Cal and the rest of the coaching staff, you’ll get whatever you want out of it. What you put in is what you get.'”
Head out to KSBar and Grille on Friday, Aug. 20 to see the former Wildcat in person.
