TyTy Washington agrees to national partnership with Gatorade

TyTy Washington is here to help you quench your thirst.
The Kentucky Basketball freshman point guard has been taking full advantage of the new name, image, and likeness laws early on, and Thursday was another perfect example of that. Washington announced through his Instagram that he has agreed to a national partnership with Gatorade.

This is hardly the first major NIL deal for the former five-star recruit. Washington has only played in one exhibition game for the ‘Cats, yet he has already entered a NIL deal with America’s Best Caviar and received a brand new Porsche from Blue Grass Motorsports. He’s even partners with a clothing brand called T.R.A.P., also known as To Rise Above Poverty.

All of these individual agreements are on top of the group deals he’s signed with the rest of his Kentucky teammates. You can even find him on Cameo. Washington is hardly done scratching the surface of what student-athletes can make through NIL, though. More deals will come his way in the near future.
John Calipari said early on that UK would be a leader in NIL. If TyTy Washington is any indication, the ‘Cats are right at the forefront of this new era.
