Updated Kentucky Basketball National Championship Odds
Vegas loves the moves John Calipari made this offseason. The latest Kentucky basketball National Championship odds make the Wildcats one of the teams to beat in March.
A day after Baylor won the 2020 National Title, BetOnline.ag shared odds for the next winner. Kentucky opened at 18/1. A lot has changed since the official start of the college basketball offseason.
Calipari rearranged his coaching staff by bringing in Orlando Antigua and Chin Coleman. The Cats secured a commitment from TyTy Washington. Then Calipari hit the transfer portal, adding CJ Fredrick, Kellan Grady and Sahvir Wheeler. Davion Mintz’s announced his return to school, ensuring there will be experience in the backcourt.

Calipari did just about everything you could ask the head coach to do this offseason. Almost four months later, the Kentucky basketball National Championship odds have not changed much. BetOnline.ag has UK at 14/1, tied with Texas and UCLA with the fourth-best odds.
Is there a lesson to learn here? If you’re picking up what John Calipari put down this offseason, now is not a bad time to invest responsibly.
