Wan'Dale Robinson flies in 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine
Wan’Dale Robinson put his wheels to the test at the NFL Combine. In a night that featured plenty of record-breaking times and outstanding performances, Wan’Dale brought his A-game.
In his first and only attempt, Wan’Dale Robinson ran an unofficial 4.38 40-yard dash. It was not the best time of the night — that honor belongs to the 4.21 by Baylor’s Tyquan Thornton — but it was exactly what scouts needed to see from the slot receiver. Once the times became official, many received significant adjustments. Thornton dropped all the way to 4.29, while Wan’Dale received an official 4.44 time, well within the range he needed to run.

Wan’Dale also showed off his leaping ability, jumping 34.5 inches high in the vertical. He was just outside of the top 10 among all receivers in each category.
Robinson did everything he needed on Thursday night to make sure he hears his name called once the draft rolls around.
