WATCH: Highlights from Kentucky WBB's SEC Tournament win over Tennessee
There’s nothing more thrilling about an upset win over a rival than watching it all happen again. So allow us to help you out with that.
On Saturday evening, Kentucky Women’s Basketball secured its spot in the 2022 SEC Tournament championship game with an 83-74 win over the No. 18 Tennessee Lady Volunteers in the semifinals round. It marks the ninth straight win for UK and the first time since 2014 that the program has reached the conference title. Kentucky led for the entire night and controlled the tempo throughout the majority of the night.

Rhyne Howard was incredible, posting 24 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists. Jada Walker and Robyn Benton both contributed 16 points apiece while Treasure Hunt added 11 points and four rebounds. As a team, UK shot 43 percent from the floor while connecting on a season-high 12 3-pointers.
