Kentucky and Vanderbilt seemingly couldn’t miss to start the game. Eventually, both teams cooled off. The Cats found a way to reignite that fire in the second half and it made for one wildly entertaining night of basketball at Rupp Arena.

Kentucky only led by one at halftime. They would grow that lead to as many as 24 before the final horn sounded and the Cats had an 82-61 victory.

Amari Williams continued to dominate. The big lefty had 17 points on a perfect 6-6 night from the field. Otega Oweh was also impressive with a 20-point night for the Cats, but neither were the story of the night.

Collin Chandler hadn’t scored more than two points in a game since November. The Kentucky freshman was grabbing boards, dishing out assists, and knocking down threes against Vanderbilt.

It was a breakthrough for Chandler and a renaissance for Andrew Carr. The big man hadn’t looked the same since his back injury. Tonight, we got a glimpse of the Old Carr. He started the game and scored 11 points, including three from behind the arc, in 21 minutes of action. The two-man game in the post was back in a big way.

The Cats shot better than 58% from the field and netted 11-27 three-pointers. It was a delightful second half filled with explosive runs. Relive all of the best moments with all of the top plays from the Kentucky victory over Vanderbilt.
